My goal is to lose 10lbs in three weeks and I have made up my own plan to do so.
- I’m only allowed to eat 1200-1500 calories a day
- I cannot eat any of the following: fast food, fried food, sweets, soda, fruit juice, milk, food made with white flour or any dairy product.
- I can only eat lean meats such as fish or skinless chicken and fruit for snacks and only small ammounts of wheat bread.
- I can only drink water
- I will exercise five days a week. Running for 30 mins 3/5 and using the Ab Lounge the other 2 days for 20 mins.
My goal is at least to lose 3 pounds a week.
